Digital Terrain Model Class in Delphi / Kylix

A delphi class to calculate a dtm from survey points with 2D and 3D delanay triangulation. Edit dtm by user ( flip triangle) .Input brealines,perimeter,show hide areas. Calculate contours , sections line to dtm, calculate a point height given x,y from dtm. make a small graphic interface to draw dtm. To be more specific. The application should create a new "project" the user should input points from a file type point,x,y,z or similar. The user must be able to input point from keybord or mouse. The user input the outer perimeter of the dtm and option to calculate the closed outer perimeter. The user input perimeters to hide contours The user input breaklines Calculation of dtm with 2D or 3D delanay. The user edit triangles. Calculate contours (linears and smothed). The drawing enviroment should be able to draw the dtm - contours so the user review it. User saves the "Project" to a file so can be reopend to a binary file format. Utility calculations needed. Calculate point height from dtm for a user given point. Calculate a section from a line or polyline to the dtm. Export dtm - contours to dxf file Import dtm triangles from dxf file. The dtm algorithm should be implemented in a class so can be reused to other projects. The drawing enviroment should be emplemented as component so can be extended as drawing enviroment using graphics library Graphics32 open source library. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
