Would like to load a csv file and have the application process it, splitting it up into separate files based on a given column. Example...
File starts as:

Also to be included in the file name is the number of lines in that specific file.
Browse button to load file, 'preview' the first row of the file with a drop down or something similar to select which column to cut the file by.
The original file shall remain un-modified, and the application should be able to handle 1 mil record csv files.
