Data conversion utility

Hello! We need an utility to convert some set of source data (one single table) to 2 excel files. Conversion includes: 1. manual deletion of some rows 2. semiautomatic substitution of values from predefined dictionaries (2-3 dictionaries)according some rules 3. grouping of data according some rules Source data inserted from clipboard or imported manually from Excel sheet. Results are stored to 2 Excel files with different structure. 1-st - some kind or report with predefined structure 2-nd - results of grouping source data Detailed information will be supplied later ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Vista
