Data Matrix Barcode Generator 2(repost)

Hello coders, Apologies to anyone who posted bids and comments on this original bid request. For whatever reason we have had trouble accessing it and responding and so decided it was best to repost.? We're looking for a solution? that can generate data matrix barcodes and one which can validate them. **Essentially the first application needs to do the following: ** 1) Allow us to create a set number of data matrix barcodes, for example 500. Barcodes can be named something like rentacoder1, rentacoder2, right up to rentacoder500. 2) Save and export those 500 barcode images as 500 individual files (each file using the same name as the barcode) 3) We would then need to save this list of barcodes in a binary or similar format so it can then be read by the second application. 4) Needs to be able to save and exit the application. We would prefer the exported images to be either jpg's pdf's or png's **Essentially the second application needs to do the following: **1) Load and read the saved binary file from the First application 2) It will then list all the barcodes by name and each time a barcode is scanned, (using an external scanner) it needs to remove it that barcode? from the list. 3) If a barcode is scanned twice, it needs to play a warning sound and error message on screen and then display the time the barcode was originally scanned. 4) Also need to be able to save and exit this application. **This will be an ongoing project with new amendements being? added on a bi-monthly basis, so it will be extremely important to hit deadlines and also to be available online regularly. **
