Create a VCL component (UI)

I need a component that I can use in Windows. A similar component is used in Windows' Control Panel. Please check the attached image for the idea. ## Deliverables If you look at the Windows Control panel, you can see exactly what the behavior is of the component. If you have questions, contact me. The component will be used in a Delphi application. Before programming I would like to see a component breakdown (properties, events, constructors...). Some additions: object 'warning' - Level (0=green,1= yellow,2= red) - Caption (text) - Body (rtf) - (Optional) Hyperlink (text,link) - (Optional) Button (text,events) object fills space object does not have scrollbars [login to view URL] = transparant [login to view URL] uses ellipsis dots when text is too long (next word doesn't fit) body.text=wordwrao button = anchored to right
