Captive Gateway Software

You will be creating an application that will control 2 network cards and act as an internet gateway and will authenticate users that try to access the internet, re-direct web pages, and add frames on top of sites. This will have many similiar functions as the no-cat [login to view URL] software application for wireless access points.? ## Deliverables Please read the attachment before bidding.
