Bluetooth Proximity Testing

I require a very simple VB.net Application to be written. It will scan for bluetooth devices in the area. The user will then select the device they wish. From this the program will then poll this device every 2 seconds. If the device has gone out of proximity the phone shall make a sound. I dont need any file transfers or anything just a "ping" of a bluetooth device so to speak. I wish this to be done modular so I can copy and paste the code into something else ## Deliverables Written in Vb.net Using CF 2.0 visual studio 2005
