Betfair Arb Bot

What I want to be able to do is automatically scan Betfair betting exchange for arbitraging opportunities in the horse racing markets and then place bets on those opportunities. I would like the software to identify an arb opportunity, and then place the bets with betfair automatically. I would also like to be able to disable the automatic funtion and have the software wait for a manual confirmation before placement of bets. With respect to the amount bet, the software should calculate the amount to be bet with reference to the amounts available for each price. Should a bet be placed and not be filled the bot should alert user (sound/text) to allow for manual recovery or have the ability to fill the unmatched portion with the closest available price. I also want to log all bets made. Also I would like to be able to disable the betting feature and simply monitor and log the opportunities it finds. Output should be in CSV or excel format The bot is for use on XP professional. I want to be able to choose whether to scan through multiple markets. For instance to scan through the entire "Horse Racing - Today's Card" market list, or to choose a single market to monitor. I would like to be able to exclude runners from the calculations on the basis of their odds, and for the bot to work out arb opportunities across the whole book or part thereof, including both backing and laying. I would like to be able to set the max bet amount as either a dollar figure or as a % of total of available funds, with the software also calculating max liability for lay bets so that no bet exceeds my account balance. I would like to be able to allow or disallow betting "in running". I would also like the bot to login automatically and have a variable refresh rate from .5 sec up. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Buyer will receive complete, non-exclusive copyrights to all work purchased (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, IE 6
