The following methods are required: Upload(url, file) A method that takes a file path and ftp URL and asynchronously uploads it with an incremental progress (bytes transferred) event, and completed/failed events (as below). List(url, directories, recurse) Returns a list directories if true or filenames and directories if false, recurse is an integer representing the depth to which directories should be recursed (0 for none). The returned array would have full path names. Returns the array or an error string. Exaple array with a recursed directory: {"/file1","/file2","/folder1/file1","/folder1/file2"} MakeDirectories(url) Simply creates any directories from the URL that do not already exist. Returns true or an error string. Error string is an FTP code, and Server error message (if any). e.g. "530|Not logged in" PWD should be issued after login to ascertain the true path, and before issuing other commands. Must use PASV mode. These methods would be integrated into an existing Cocoa framework, and the Upload method would send the following events that are already present in it: -(void)sendAppleEventError:(NSString*)domainStr withCode:(SInt32)errorCode // send a result code and message -(void)sendAppleEventCompleteWithStatusCode:(UInt32)statusCode // send a code of 200 (like HTTP) -(void)sendAppleEventProgress // send the bytes
