Anti-Port Flood Protection

Well basically I'm running servers and the cache server for the game is being flooded. So they send one huge packet and it knocks everyone connected offline. I'm pretty sure there is somewhat to make an packet size limit or something so we dont have to worry about this. If you have any other suggestions on how to fix this please inform me as well.
