Adwords Reporting Tool using Google API - Programmer Wanted

I am interested in creating an Adwords reporting tool which is a web based application that people/clients can log into and view their adwords reports. I want them, as a minimum but not limited to, to be able to: - unique user name/pword - this account is linked to the clients dedicated adwords ID - select date range - select type of report (adgroup, keyword, campaign etc) - select campaign - select metrics to use (all metrics available) - compare metrics (all metrics available) - View comparison chats and tables based on the above metrics - View raw data - compare date ranges using the same metrics - export data directly to Excel for analysis - Export data to PDF This is a non exhaustive list and I will put together a much more thorough brief to the programmer I choose. You will be using Google's Adwords API for this. I am after a programmer to work with who has had experience working on similar projects, has a proven record and ideally has worked with Google's API in the past.
