Custom programming on Moodle Site

This project is about a moodle site. 1. I have 3-4 little bugs to correct (permission bug, cron job bug...) 2. I have 6-8 modules to update (working on older versions, not on my version, codes ready just need modifications to work on my version) 3. Integration of payment systems like Paypal, Bank transfer on one of these modules (code ready need modifs) 4. Rewrite urls module; which will transform [login to view URL] on [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 1 page can have many different names, i could be able to define those at admin section (have already seen this function in drupal) 5. Meta tags module ; which will add a meta-tag section on each content creation page. 6. Google site map generator module 7. Modification on Search wikipedia block (code ready) 8. May be a little template customisation 9. Check for website security, finding holes, bad codes and open doors, protections anti-index hacks, anti-sql injections.... I am also a php developper who doesn't have enough time for this job. I need a good quick PHP developper, who doesn't quit the job before satisfying his client's needs and have already done similar project, PM references!
