so we need a website that can have members and their medical files, documents, and pics so that members may directly buy an sell prescription drugs and auction off prescription drugs, well really anything don't have to just stick to the prescriptions drugs, both reverse and forward auctions. members will be both human an pharmaceutical companies not looking to break laws here or sale or have any real inventory of its own, but a place for pages for name brand companies to sale would be nice to include, not needed though. will be selling our services, private community memberships, listing an sale fees like ebay all need to be dynamic or easily adjusted to economy needs. members identity is an issue we got medical files an social numbers and credit cards addresses an so forth an needs online standard or improved security thinking hippa but that may not be required. many different dynamic member grades like general public, member, verified member, paid member, pushing member, scammer, red flagged, company or biz member, and everyone. will be needing more member types later maybe site still growing so open to be expandable would be nice. every page needs to be able to include or exclude members by individual member types and by member location by state an country. this is to have a private community in it so we really don't want there to be a way to trace anything at all from members to staff an we don't really want there to be a way to take it down kinda like wiki-leaks in addition many of our members have issues with big brother fears and hacker fears and we like to be able to calm them down by having a secure environment. we need emailing lists for each member type and everyone where it is updated as a members status is updated or maybe a member status could be like a addition tag. we need a buying and selling member to member grading system with commenting capabilities so members may say he/she is a good or bad 1-10 person and why grade 1-10 should always be visible next to member. we need nickel ad capabilities just like cragslist and organized as such too basically if a member has diabetes and wants to live with other diabetics they can make an ad an post it or any other kind of nickle ad these ads should be organized by what kind of ad, location of ad, price of ad, and date of ad. in addition there should be away of seeing all of that kind of ad regardless of location as when i use cragslist i have issues seeing cars in NY if im in CA i have to back out and go to the NY page first, really would like an all capability both for location, and kind of ad. so if im looking on a page i can see if anything in my area has been posted of any kind or i could sort where i just see all of that kind regardless of location i love the way cragslist is sorted and organised and would like to keep that as mush as possible without making them mad lol so i would really just like these added to how they display things and then by default it works just like cragslist. also to be able to sort by 3 different things at the same time like location, date, and price at the same time for searches. speaking of the ads there has to be a way of keeping the money on the site so members keep listing and the company gets paid in other words if someones buying a truck we cant have them be able to just call the owner and we lose our listing or sales fee. the most important thing is to get the site running with the auctions and nickel ads asap and then add the security later if that order is easy with programming that way we are making income with it quickly programmer will know more than i.
