broken php - need small tweak / fix

We have a custom PHP control panel that allows us to edit existing users. When editing users, it populates all the fields with the existing data from the database except for 5 select fields. We need someone to fix the script so that it populates these fields as well. Advanced PHP required, this is coded from another Freelancer and I do not understand it fully. Thank you. MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE WORK IMMEDIATELY.
