C. Panel of Webhost - Upload Existing Site into another Web Host

This is a Fast Job...basically C Panel work that I am not totally comfortable with. I have an existing site with [login to view URL] as the webhost. I have a Windows IIS package where the site resides. I want to migrate to Apache with 000domains and I have recently set up an Apache package. The job is to up load the site to the Apache side and set up related ~3 email address, DNS, and domain after getting the site up on the webspace. I will email the site to you. The site is standard html with php extentions (i.e., .[login to view URL]). The final task is to backup the site with the C Panel. I am looking at doing some up grades to this site, mainly a Wordpress Blog and minor improvements. This would be a good opportunity for us to work togather.
