PHP Designer for Open Source Basecamp

I am looking at creating an extranet for my future clients so that they can login online and check their case status, 24/7. I need a PHP programmer to help customise Project Pier to act like Basecamp as well as brand it with logos and some simple graphical design (I will be providing the graphics/logos). Your project bid should be for customising, coding, and installing the software on my server. There will be future projects to you for maintenance, further work.
