Development of Online Ordering System

Hi There, With this project, we would like to be able to make an online store for our customers to place orders, and to place recurring orders. We will have roughly 50 items available in the store and each item will need to have a quantity option next to it. Once the order is complete, the customer needs to be able to tick a box to make it a recurring order, and choose the frequency of the order. We then need the system to save their Credit Card, or BSB and Account number so that we can process a batch payment each day. We will require the ability to export a batch payment file each day, and the ability to import a response file from the bank, the specs will be provided to the successful applicant. We also need the site the be compatible with ipad, iphone and android. We need to be able to generate a report each day based on the orders made, this needs to be automatic and sent to a nominated email address at a nominated time each day. This will be our production list, because this is for a bakery, our baking team needs to view the production list each night to complete the purchases and then deliver them the next day. Once delivered, our delivery driver needs to access a page on the ipad, and tick to confirm delivery of all items, and then that evening we will process the payment for the goods purchased. Each time a purchase is complete,and email summary needs to be sent to the customer as a confirmation. I think this is about all, however there will be finer details provided as the project unfolds.
