Design and Customize Model Script

I am planning on purchasing the model script that is located at [login to view URL], but I would like to add a new design, customizations, and changing layouts on most of the pages. Please let me know what type of design and customizations you could do for this script. I can provide samples of the layouts I would like. I also would like to see your sample design works you have done.
