Customize A Wordpress Theme - Advanced PHP coders only

I need a good PHP coder who can customize my wordpress theme. The theme I need customized can be seen here: [login to view URL] What needs to be changed: Notice under the featured content carousel there are 8 pictures, these pictures are links to entire wordpress categories and subcategories. I need those to be customized to display individual posts and the image will be a different size than the original 200x150 size images.
