Creative website with custom CMS.

Hello everyone! We are new web development and social media company which will be based online with orientation on Eastern Europe market. Our main field will be web design, development, SEO and marketing campaigns in social media and we plan to work mostly with freelancers! So for now we need a website with modern and light design which will be user friendly as possible and will combine such principles as usability, searchability, findability. Main things that we need from you are: 1. Logo design & Website design; 2. well coded website using html 5, css3, php, mysql and JavaScript (Ajax) and very SEO friendly; 3. Custom CMS - that means NO WORDPRESS, JOOMLA, GETSIMPLECMS, DRUPAL ETC.!!!!! IMPORTANT: WE WON'T BE READING MAILS FROM FREELANCERS WHO WILL OFFER US TO DEVELOP WEBSITE USING TEMPLATE BASED CMS SOLUTIONS!!!! Website minimum requirements: 1. Our website must be multilingual minimum 3 languages. 2. Menu must be up to three levels with ability of changing. 3. Social buttons ("Like" on FB, etc.) 4. Blog module.
