Create RESPONSIVE Opencart 2.0 webstore

Hello, I Need A CREATIVE DESIGNER AND CODER someone to create RESPONSIVE Opencart 2.0 webstore. I have the design in photoshop (layered file tiff file). You have to transform the default Opencart template according to my design AND KEEP EVERYTHING RESPONSIVE. In addition: - I need extra product fields in the database to specify the products. I know a plugin which has this, but if you are a good coder you can easily do this. - you have to facilitate a custom product excel upload/download according to the new extra fields - order download feature I already have this website, but in Oscommerce (but the design is outdated). We will NOT migrate form OSc to opencart (because the old Oscommerce site was never active), so please bid accordingly. So you will create NEW site. But ofcourse you can use old site as an example. PLEASE DON'T WASTE MY TIME AND ONLY RESPOND WHEN YOU AVE EXCELLENT DESIGN SKILLS. MALALIGNMENT PROBLEMS ETC WON'T BE ACCEpTED, THE PREVIOUS DESIGNER ALREADY WASTED A OT OF MY TIME. THE DESIGN HAS TO BE FLWLESS AND 100% ACCORDING TO MY TIFF FILE.
