Create a Music Streaming Website with the PSDs provided by me

I need a website build that will do music streaming. The website will be based on the PSDs provided by me. Please see the attached for images of the psds. There are two aspect of the website. One is Frontend and the Other one is the Backend. I will provide you frontend psds and backend bootstrap. The website needs to be fully responsive. If you dont know how to do it. Please do not bid. The deadline for this project is 2 weeks from the day of awarding the project. Web Admin Panel Functionality (UI Already Sent) 1. The admin panel should handle all the music management service such as music and thumbnail upload, genre management, album and artist management and fm radio management. 2. As per the layout provided (see attachment), the admin panel should show the things in the home page when an administrator signs in. 3. The settings menu in the web admin will have standard settings that you want feel should be there. Like changing password and so on. 4. There should be a function to create additional administrator for management. 5. The User chart can just have a simple way of displaying the user per week or day or whatever makes it easier to program. 6. Upload Button should be displayed in all pages for easy access. 7. Following are the fields that are need for song upload. a. Title of the Song. b. Dropdown menu of Artists that are present in the database or if new artist then a new artist field. i. If new artist then a new text field should appear and then the new artist name should be entered. In addition, the next time when administrator wants to upload the song the artist should be in the database. c. Album Name d. Thumbnail Upload 8. Songs, albums, artist needs to be refreshed every reload. Let me know if you need anything else.
