Create E-Card templates for festive greetings on a new web page.

We need to create a single web page that would help employees of a company send e-cards to desired e-mails addresses(co-workers/clients/family). This page should be an external link and employees will be notified about the link via internal e-mailers (will be notified by us). 5 Design templates will be provided by us. The employees must be able to customize i.e. Add/edit "the to", "message" and "from" sections. The employees will have an option to upload their personal pictures in the e-card(design templates will be provided accordingly). We require: Domain/Hosting requirements and details(should be active for one/two months only). Need to tell us how will the e-mailing option work. Development Cost.
