Corporate branding and joomla template design for property management company

I am working with a property management business and have a main domain, and a group of other sites in regional areas within a metro area. All of our sites will be using Joomla. Basically we're looking for a branding package (logo, letterhead, business card) for the main company, and 2 templates. The main template should be unique for a corporate image branded to the package above. The second template should be so I can create a group of sites that look similar in structure, but header images, color schemes and so on are a bit different on each (which i can change). The group of regional sites will be using SOBI2 and with map functionality.
