Completing programming & design of website

Greetings. I'm founding an entertainment network modeled after IGN, Gamespot, etc. and I need someone to complete the website. Most of the feature set has really been done already, as you can see by visiting it here [login to view URL] Here is the remaining list of tasks: -Implement a database for images which can be related to products and pulled into articles via a database relationship field; the article would show the latest images in a block and all of the images related to a product would be. This will likely be based off [login to view URL] add-on. -The product page ( [login to view URL] ) needs to be designed to be, more or less, like this one [login to view URL] . The coding should be done or mostly done as far as we’ve been told. -Enhance “Ultime uscite/Prossime uscite/Più votati” column. This is modeled directly after [login to view URL] , with a product list coupled with rotating highlight and tab selection. We need to improve the design, I’d like the golden/grey bar to start later, before that I’d love a line like “Trending Worlds”, in a similar fashion to “Top 10 games” on Gamespot. Also as you can see there is a lot of unused space there, we should bring everything to the left as much as possible since we’d like to carve a space for a 125x125 banner at least there. We’d also like to display info, then “latest article” and “latest video”, and if there is a staff score attached, then that as well. -Fix iframe size in the “video” tab on the homepage, in order to remove those ugly black borders (it should have to had with the resolution) -We’d also like to add back a “Products you may like” block for the article page. It should be a database relationship type, searching in all the databases (well, at least all of the product ones: libri, tv, giochi). -Also, we need an archive page for each subsection (PC, PS3, Cinema, TV Series, Books etc.), the original coder started here [login to view URL] , my idea is that the "filters" would be "notizie" (news), only displaying those articles which have been classified as such; "articoli", only displaying those articles which have been classified as such; "recensioni", only displaying the articles which have a staff score attached; then we could have a few other filters like "highest rated" "most visited" and perhaps "most commented" as well. -Lastly, we need to design an “about” page, which will have our Manifesto, staff list etc. here [login to view URL] . This will be a static page. Small things -Change the font for body text. Google Fonts API is implemented, so this should be easy. We have already guessed a font but we need to try it. -Carve some spaces for ads in the template. There are some, but we need many more. We’re using [login to view URL] to display them so that we can swap them whenever we want to. -In the forum index you’ll see that we attempted to have the article slider put there as well, but we’d rather not have the full slider. It would be enough to have just a spotlight thing about the most recent articles on the website or something like that. -Improve the styling of the content area in the articles slider, as it’s pretty shallow right now. We’d also like it to display the number of comments done to that article, in a similar way to news/articles tabs below. -We have a set of social icons that will link to our social pages. We want them implemented in the top left of the top bar (HTML thing). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WEBSITE IS DONE USING [login to view URL] APPLICATION (HTTP://[login to view URL]). IF YOU'RE NOT FAMILIAR WITH IT, YOU SHOULD BE WILLING TO CHECK THE DOCUMENTATION AND IMPROVE YOUR KNOWLEDGE ON IT, ALTHOUGH IN THE END IT'S JUST CSS/HTML/PHP, SO EVERYONE WITH THOSE SKILLS WOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT.
