Complete Hotel web site re-design - skilled developers needed

We need you to continue building what we already started for a client of ours, re-development of existing Hotel web site. Read attached .pdf for whole project scope (Project to be finished within 4 weeks after acceptance) If your time-line is above that time frame, we will ignore your bid. Only real professionals with strong business sense and good communication. You will work on our own development server and use our project management application, having direct communication with all people involved in the development (including the client). You must be willing to accept project cost to be splitted into 4 milestone payments (one each week), as we want to make sure that we will not run after our money in case we have issues with project progress or its quality. On lack of communication or delay of project work, we will immediately cancel project. You must strictly follow and keep your time-lines proposed. Please understand that we have to set strict rules & demand for quality, we need professionals only for the job.
