We have very nice looking mockups of our site and want someone who can create them pretty much exactly as they appear. No templates allowed!! The site will use the Amazon affiliate API to allow users to search for college textbooks. The other functionality of the site is slightly sensitive, but is very simple to implement. Other than that, we would need personal user accounts for the site and a payment gateway (checkout by amazon). It's really quite simple, but the look needs to be on point. Again, I have designs (although not in .psd) and I would want them to be followed almost exactly. Would prefer to work with someone from the UNITED STATES with a great track record on freelancer. PM me with the best samples of your work. Do not send any examples if they don't look fantastic. We are going for a very clean design.
