CakePHP & Web Design Expert needed for an incomplete project

We have a 90% completed project waiting for a CakePHP expert hero and a web designer to modify and complete a module built to receive online airport transfer bookings and change a few design related things (replace the existing logo with a new one, change a few things on pages like contact us, about us etc..). The module basically enables the admin to create airport transfer packages, visitors search for transfers using the search form on the website, select and continue with the transfer package listed on the search results page and finalise the booking with the selected payment method.
