Awesome front-end designer to improve font-end of a website

Hello, I need an *awesome* front-end designer to improve the front-end of my website. Skills required: Responsive design, CSS3, Javascript, AJAX, Jquery development using best practices. Cross-browser friendly design and AJAX knowledge is a must. See a sample page: [login to view URL] What I need: 1) Ad layout improvements. We will use both css media queries and javascript to determine ad unit to show on mobile/desktop/tablet. 2) Changes to the way sports list is displayed. Customization depending on device. 3) Improvement to the comment section - layout for replies, (levels of comments). Note that you need to do the front-end only. Backend php will be done by me. For special cases you can use combination of CSS & JS to achieve best layout. If you can suggest improvement ideas to the design that we end up doing, would reward that. The style we will follow is: You will write the complete HTML template files and the associated CSS/Javascript. You must be willing and proficient in adapting the code style as per my need. Note that I am looking for something who writes clean, efficient, modular code using best practices. I myself could do this, but I rate myself 8/10 in css, am looking for someone who rates himself 9.5/10 or above in CSS and cross-browser front-end design.
