Create a ACtiveX

I have a class (.cls) that has the functions for rs232 device. i need these functions to be converted into a ACtiveX component. Currently i have a MSCOMM for communication. but i would like the Converted ACtiveX component to have its own code for communication so that it does not relay on mscomm activeX component. I have enlosed a protocol for the rs232 device and also have enclosed the class that i have wrote.....
