Compute Function on Payroll

Payroll function on program does not accurately compute federal taxes. I have payroll, employee tables. On the Frmpayroll2 I need the function to return the correct values. It only returns the correct value for the first recordset, so I believe that I cannot meet the condition. I have tried elseif, if etc...still can't get it to compute accurately. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. . 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform VB6 ## Deadline information Need a programmer who understands US federal tax percentage method of witholding for income taxes.
