Advanced Caller I.D. Program

When the program begins for the first time, I need it to automatically detect the port that the modem is on. I want to design this application similar to Identify which has most of these features: <[login to view URL]> The program will log date, time, name and numbers on the main form. The user will have the ability to set up the following notifications for an incoming call: 1. Speak the number on the local machine 2. Identify number with a name and speak the name on the local machine 3. Be able to specify text to say before or after the number or name is spoken 4. Show popup on incoming call 5. Associate number with picture and popup a picture on incoming call 6. Send a text message to a number when the call is from a specific number 7. Send an e-mail if a certain person calls 8. Send an e-mail of the call log at a specific time 9. Auto hang-up on specific calls (For instance, blocked calls, or out-of-area calls, or a specific person) and have the option to speak a message to the caller over the phone which the user will specify. It would not be a wave or sound file, just text that the computer talks over the phone. 10. Be able to set a start and end time to not have calls come in, or auto hang up, and have the option to speak a message over the phone (For instance, what the user specifies) The application needs to automatically detect how to get the caller I.D. information so it works properly. Additionally, if the caller ID is still not working, then I would like it to pop up a message box saying "Your modem isn't configured properly, would you like some help?" If they click yes, it will direct them to a web site. If you can, please include examples of similar work when bidding... ## Deliverables I prefer VB .NET 2003, however if the phone functionality is not in VB .NET, then another .NET language is good 1) Once complete, I will need the project files and installation package (Including the text-to-speech package) all bundled up ready for distribution. 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
