asp.net database driven forms

This system has a series of questions and answers with show hide functions and skipping sections and question functions. There are around 600 to 700 questions within the system. The system is already built however, we have to remove, re-order, and add new questions. You can see the q&a system at this url: <[login to view URL]> You can see there is a progress monitor at the top which is updated as more questions are answered / skipped. We will provide a new spreadsheet with all questions and show hide functions, question tyes and Help popups for many questions. You will need to re-build this system accordingly. ## Deliverables The current Question and Answer system will be on-line at: <[login to view URL]> You will rebuild this system in accordance with the attached spreadsheet. This includes add/ edit/ remove Questions, answers and help pop-ups.
