Database for Automotive Finance and Insurance Department

I am looking for a coder that can transfer the logic of an existing Excel spreadsheet into a database format. I have included this spreadsheet in a zip file. I am open for suggestions on the methods to be used to accomplish this project. I have a working knowledge of MS Access and have worked with that style of database for years, but am open to other ideas. I am looking for a coder that will communicate with me so we can both nail down the requirements that I have on this project. To begin with the database should be: 1. Modular in design so additionally modules can be added later that can share the same information. 2. Reports that can be viewed and printed with a variety of information as well as date ranges, to include that information required by the user. Such as VIN#, Salesman, Finance Company Name. etc. 3. Friendly easy to use interface with sub menus to add salesman, sales managers, vin#, finance company, service contract company, commissions to name a few. The database must run on all windows based systems. I am open to suggestions, but know the general look and feel I want, so that is why we MUST communicate to nail down the exact way this will be approached. Thank you for your time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ALL Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Database to be discussed.
