Project Overview: Purpose of Website: To set up a content management system website which will provide the public with a forum to exchange information regarding wanted/available goods. The website will make money based on public viewings of Google Adsense. (which must be set up.) Visual Features Website must be easy to navigate with clear simple graphics. Very simple clear uncluttered pages, minimal graphics, use of 2/3 colours, no frames. Technical Features Basic Technical Features Website must contain the following features: • Advanced Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). • Pages must load quickly. • Website must be highly functional a huge memory capacity. Advanced Technical Features Members of the public must be able to subscribe and create an account. Subscribers may display their own advertisements including pictures and text. Pictures must be easy to upload. Advertisements will be automatically deleted from the site after 28days. Subscribers can set up a variety of email alerts. Email alerts will be will be automatically deleted from the site after 28 days. Categorised content management: Once advertisements have been placed onto the system, they will automatically sort into set categories. Highly functional inbuilt search function. Allowing search results to be placed within a variety of set parameters i.e. . product type, location. Maintenance Easy to manage for person with non technical background. I simply need to be able to delete advertisements should they be unsuitable. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
