Case Based Reasoning Program

I need a simple case base resoning program to be designed, documented and implemented based on a frame base & semantic network already drawn up on a domain of knowledge I have. It needs to be implemented in delphi, with fully commented code, documented pseudocode using proper software development methods. I need a daily updated of process on this project. I can proved a full transcript of interview about the domain, a semantic network and some frame representation. The developer must fully understand how a case based reasoning system works. More documentation about the background to this project can be supplied on demand. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Full documentation including pseudocode, description of how the system was designed and developed using appropriate software design methodologies. ## Platform Delphi, Windows Platform need an executable file of completed project as well as the raw delphi files
