Cab Operator's Management is like a fleet management solution for taxi operators. Typically an administrator/ base owner who owns 50-100 cabs and leases out the cabs to different drivers. The current solution should be able to capture driver information, taxi details, make a roster (billing), collect receipts for hire, generate revenue reports, track information as to who was driving a cab on what day & time; able to Query on outstanding payments etc. Would prefer to have a web based solution; giving access to multiple taxi bases (Administrators); every base will store their information and retrieve, should be able to print on their local printer; its like giving multiple logins and seeing their information only. Very Imp: Please provide us couple of UI designs for approval. Would like to see the design & working model within a fortnight [100% Rate Chart, Taxi, Master, Rosters & Pay-In, Query (GST, Traffic Fines, O/S Amounts, Penalty/ Toll fines), Track Revenue]; testing & validations 2-3 weeks. All testing should be done and the whole project should be completed within 5 weeks. If you are able to finish off early there is a BONUS. Would request the coder to be flexible with minor cosmetic and UI changes if required. Support: Would need support for the first one year. Please provide previous project samples with URLs & logins. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The application should support Windows platform with backward compatibility to few older versions of IE, Mozilla & Netscape. Front end either ASP, .NET or Java; database preferably MySQL but may also look at SQL as an option.
