Cisco VPN Configuration

We are seeking an experienced Cisco network engineer to assist with a project involving two data centers for an Internet e-commerce system. The overall goal of the project is to enable both the primary and secondary centers to continually synchronize all data and also to allow for a seamless fail-over in the event of the primary center becoming unavailable. The specific part of the implementation that we are seeking help with will require the setup of? 2 secure VPN's:? - ? VPN #1 between the primary and secondary (backup)? network ? -? VPN #2? for admins to be able to directly connect with the secondary (backup) network.
