A series of changes both back end and front end to my ecommerce website.

I have a series of changes and additions i need made to my ticket retail ecommerce site, www.ticketteams.com. These changes include: 1) The creation of a "sandbox" or test area to use for all further development of the website. 2) The unification of all my accounts into one account type. The login dashboards of all three need to be unified as well. 3) Backend, templated email control. There is a system in place to send automatic emails, but i need control of these emails from my admin login. 4) Need to further develop the "create an event" page with specific customizable options that i will tell you.
