Database driven PHP photo gallery

SEE ATTACHMENT FOR MOCKUP I'm in need of a image gallery that I will use for SEO purposes. I have a pretty large database of images with an accompanying .XLS file with names & tags for the images. A fresh install should have an empty homepage and nothing else. I should be able to create all the pages manually via admin. Here's what I want to be able to do in admin: ------- Admin features CREATE PAGE 1. Create a page 2. Add a page title 3. Add a page name 4. Add a description 5. Set the tag(s) that will pull images from the database. 6. Add related images (upload image, set name (automatically becomes alt tag) and URL which becomes a hyperlink (see mockup). 7. Add related pages (Select one or multiple from list of all pages) 8. Add up to two "related articles" with fields for "article title", "URL", and "short summary" (these will be added completely manually . The article title and URL should become a hyperlink). There should also be a "Read more…" link at the end of the summary which is a hyperlink to the same URL as above. EDIT PAGES (from a list of all the articles) 1. Edit all the fields above on a page 2. Exclude specific images from a page ------- The homepage Should simply be listing all the pages with hyperlinks. I will however ask you later on to create a category hierarchy, so keep that in mind. ------- Import of files and filenames/tags I want the files to be converted to thumbnails (exact size will be provided) when imported. However, an even better solution would be to link them to the image of the original size but with a watermark applied to it. Please let me know how much extra time/money this would involve compared to non-linked thumbnails. The names and tags are in an XLS file and should be imported as well. The filenames of the files are also in the document and is what connects the names/tags to the correct file. The filename of the images should also be the alt-tags of the images. ------- Design I will provide a header and footer that I want you to add to the pages.
