Database creation and Auto Betting Bot

I currently have an Excel spreadsheet that I use as a database to store statistics and apply them to formulas to determine the winners of basketball matches. I want to undertake a new league which will be much more data than Excel can handle so I need to use a database (I know little to nothing about this). Once I have the database I need a program created that will look at the fixtures for a current day and automatically analyse the relevant data, scrape the price from the bookmakers website (Pinnacle Sports) and compare it to the price that my formulas come up with. If the price is big enough, then I want the amount calculated from the formulas to be staked automatically by the bot. This then needs to be recorded automatically for tracking purposes. Following the staking of all the matches for that day, once the matches are finished, I need the box score data from a certain website automatically scraped and put into the database so it is updated for the next fixtures. * I currently do everything detailed manually and would like to automate the entire process.
