Custom Magento Module Required

We are seeking an experienced Magento programmer to make a custom module for use on an Intranet Site. We are currently running Magento Community 1.7.0.2 - however we may upgrade to 1.8 before this project completes, code must work on both platforms. We have an existing plugin that allows us to build custom product with many dynamic properties (length,width, color, add-ons, options, etc.). We are looking for an experienced and reliable Magento programmer who can build a process for us that will extract completed custom items from finished orders and run them through a fairly complex series of rules, to build an output identifier (SKU) unique to the particular options chosen. The idea is that the same identifier would be generated if two different people happened to choose the exact same set of options. This program would then create two output files, using those generated id's. One file would be in CSV format and the other in XML There is an existing java program that performs the combination->identifier logic. However it works only in bulk and pre-generates hundreds of thousands of combinations in advance and is not compatible with the Magento solution. The candidate must have enough java ability to be able to read through the existing code to mimic its behavior in the new program. You will likely need to create various lookup/option tables in MySQL to fully mimic the existing XLS based behavior that the Java program uses and it's possible that to fully complete the project the existing plugin-module may need to be modified as well. SKILLS: Magento/PHP Module Building Java (at least sufficient to read existing code to mimic logic) MySQL Ability to connect via Cisco VPN to an Intranet site required. There is absolutely NO direct access via FTP or HTTPS to the site. Experience working Magento on Linux with SELinux enabled preferred. Ability to work with SVN change management software required.
