Create reporting portal for Woocommerce / wordpress

Hi all, In a nutshell we need a plugin or separate PHP that can create PDF reports for us as we need it. This is the scenario we operate under and how it works - We sell golf vouchers on behalf of golf clubs via our website [login to view URL] - We receive the funds into our account for orders placed. - Every month or 2 weeks we generate a report stating the sales for the “brand” for the month. This needs to be generated into a PDF report – our logo to be used on this - We then pay the amount over to the golf club for that month. - We take 10% of total sales amount at this stage - this should be a variable in the report generator Ok - now what we need done please • Create PDF reports for each “Brand/manufacture” to record sales for all related products that has that brands tag for a specified period. Period and date t obe an input varaible by us • PDF report should state products sold, quantity sold, cost per item, total cost • After the inventory list above, it need to state the total for all sales for that brand/manufacturee – then a total after commission has been taken – commision percentage to be an input variable • This is done via a reporting portal – either standalone php etc or plugin for Wordpres / woocommerce. • Plugin added to the site currnetly to add the brand / Manufacturer tags to all products. • Option to email the generated PDF report to a user via an email text field. Commission – this is a percentage of the total sales we will keep. This will be an input variable for report generation. General settings fields that we can enter and save (but could alter later) - Our address - Email address - Contact Number - Footer details Look of the report: - Needs to have our logo - attached to this job - Needs to have our address and contact details - Needs to state the Business Name that the report goes to - this will be gotten from the brands/manufacturer tabs - List all the items sold for the selected period - List totals - List totals after commission - List footer section Access will be provided to where you need to be - WordPress admin - FTP access etc General info Payment will be made in 3rds.
