Create a addon for the game The Elder Scrolls online to work with a website

Hello, I am looking for someone to write a addon for the popular game called The Elder Scrolls Online and have it work with my website. Project Details: Create an addon that can post your items to the online auction house. The items you want posted, will be saved as variables to a file, then a program/script will automatically post those variables to their account on [login to view URL] as a new auction post. The auction site is a wordpress template. Some Info on the elder scrolls online API: [login to view URL] There is no way to post information from game directly to an outside source. The only thing we can do, is post the saved variables to a file, then have those variables auto posted to their wordpress account as a new auction post. Auction Website [login to view URL] In theory, this should be easy. The api for the addon is pretty straight forward. I would want the ui in game to have the options of starting bid, reserve price, buy now only, pretty much everything you would see if you were to just post on the site.
