Budget is $200 create/write a macro to take a (movie file). from same source each time and drop it into adobe premiere and make a title screen for it and start the process/que to rename [login to view URL] drop it into Youtube for uploading. the macro will have about 30 commands to repeat over and over, more details to the winning bidder.
