Create Drupal Theme

If you don't have experience with Drupal theming, don't bother bidding here because we won't take your bid. We need a Drupal theme for Drupal 6 which matches this site: [login to view URL] We don't need the image gallery from the home page, nor any other features on the internal pages--we just need the site template. This includes the dropdown menus at the top and all images. Obviously, the links for the menus must come from the Drupal menu system and not be hardcoded. There are two block regions, one the left and one at the bottom. The left one has two blocks, "Upcoming JUMP Events" and the Calendar and the bottom has four. The theme needs to have only these two block regions. The theme must be valid HTML and CSS with no TABLEs. The bottom line starting "© Copyright 2009" is the footer message from the Site Information page. This job is to upload here all PHP, JS, INFO and CSS files, and all images files, and any other files needed for the theme. We will install them on our server and approval of the final product will depend on our team comparing the original site to this new site. If they match exactly, and the code is valid, then the job is done. Once the final code is uploaded, we will require up to 7 calendar days for the team to meet and review the work. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Site must render correctly in Firefox 2/3, IE 7/8, Opera 9/10, Chrome 4/5, Safari 4/5.
