Client - Server Software for Download

Hello, I am looking for someone, who can help me with my project. I have a idea for a Server - Client software. Here some features. Server program: - runs under linux architektur - has a web interface with SSL to control the software - it rar a 1000mb file into 10 100mb files, encrypt them and rar every single encrypt file again. - upload the final rar to a OneClickHoster - safe the links of the files in a database - safe other information about the files in the database, like creation date, changeset of the files, and so one. That can be edited by the webinterface. Client program: - runs under windows XP - 7 x86/x64 (maybe 8) - should create automaticly an email account and a OneClickHoster account - manage the OneClickHoster account - show up the files and the information about the files, which are uploaded by the server program - download the files, unrar them, decrypt them and unrar again - download features like a download software (Statusbar, download speed information, resume function, and so on) btw.
