Back linking program | Web Scraping backlinks

Looking for a freelancer to build backlinking Software – Program. Back linking program. Identify the back links on the top 5 results on Google for a given keyword and then identify what URL’s you can back link to. More details I need a program that will fetch the back links from the top 5 listings on Google for the given keyword phrase the user inputs. Then Once the listings are identified then the program searches all the back links from all the top 5 results and then inputs the data into a spreadsheet (excel) Filter with the following Top 5 sites URL ranking on google for that keyword; Total number of back links for each site 5 sites; URLS for the back links that you can drop back links on (we need to know which of those backlinks we can post comments on or drop anchor text) - listed in the order of which URL has the most authority Page Rank for each URL Alex ranking for each URL To clarify a little more; you would first have to analyze each backlink to determine if you can add comments or post within that website. It would be nice to add if the link is a Do Follow or No Follow and you do that by: Second you would scan the forum or blog ETC and see what other people have written. If there is a highlighted text link which is clickable, it is “Do follow”. If no links or keywords are highlighted, it is NoFOLLOW
