Automation posting for selected sites - repost

This project had been reposted due to some actions delays. We need an application to manage and automate post on selected websites. We have a list of 300 sites for submission but we need flexibility in defining new ones. It can be something similar to web directory submission but I want to define the web site and not a predefined list. Once I had selected my web sites and announce/advertising content, with only 1 click the application must post the announcements (they will be some kind of ads for small start-up companies which wants to promote on www) There must be also a back-end console from where the administrators can manage and see statistics. Also it may be a plus if the client can connect and see also the statistics. References with your past work/portofolio may be a plus in choosing the right person for this job. Summarizing the milestones to be achieved: 1- automate posting on a list of selected sites (I had attached a list of such sites) 2 - flexibility in a way which I can add new sites templates 3 - our clients (they will pay us to promote them on mentioned sites) must have access to a dasbhoard from where they can see the results of their subscription 4. There must be an administrator panel from where we can start a client campaign and monitor eveyrthing. 5.
