We run an eCommerce store (Website A) on WooCommerce (Wordpress) and we have a custom checkout form that collects a piece of customer information using PHP hooks and well documented Woocommerce API. That information is then manually taken and entered into 'Website B.' Then files are downloaded from 'Website B' and emailed to the customer. We need to automate this process. It should also have a back end to monitor failed registrations, manually submit a registration, and see stats. Here is a flowchart for the actions that happen: [login to view URL] This will not be difficult to accomplish using Ruby, PHP, MySQL, and Watir. Must be knowledgeable with all of these things.

Hello, Automating the process is indeed straightforward. If feasible, I will choose a more lightweight solution that discards watir-webdriver for something like nokogiri. The development shouldn't take more than 2-4 days, depending on the functionality required for the back end. Can you provide more information on that? I have 5 years experience as a php and ruby programmer and I've used both watir-webdriver and direct HTML parsers extensively for web testing and scraping. Thank you for your time.
